We don’t know what that question is yet, but we believe a question is more powerful than a statement.
We have developed an approach we call The Four INs…
Inspire.
We actively encourage and engage client/user/citizen participation and feedback from the outset. We aim to seek out the place’s quirks and nuances, celebrating the uniqueness of a place to ensure the design is firmly embedded in the local area and community.
Inform.
Throughout all our work we apply a show more than tell approach to our design projects. We establish adaptive and agile frameworks to allow the designs to respond to the needs of those who live, work and play in them now and in the future.
Influence.
More carrot, less stick. We will work with you to reduce misinterpretation and ensure the design or approach helps to lead positive behaviour change. We work to influence positive social, economic and environmental outcomes in the design of places, spaces and destinations.
Incentivise.
This sits at the foundation of our work, while we know we need to activate, we also know that we need to demonstrate value. This could be economic, environmental, social or political – often a combination of all four.
Our approach is playful, yet pragmatic.
We like to have fun, but we are realists too. Our experienced team includes thought leaders and technical experts to support our design ambition. Any project, whether large or small, requires creativity not just for the design, but to meet the requirements, overcome the constraints, and manage stakeholders and collaborators; within the desired time and budget working to achieve a quality outcome.
